If a return is necessary, kindly reach out to us within 7 days from the invoice date. Returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect items shipped will undergo a review process for appropriate return or disposal.

For returns not falling within the categories mentioned earlier, returns are permitted within 7 days from the invoice date at our retail store, based on the value stated in the invoice.
